Virtual Girls Who Code Club: Python Virtual Pet

For Students in Sixth through Twelfth Grades

Use the Python programming language to create a virtual pet. Learn Python with the Tkinter module to crate an interactive pet from facilitators with experience in the field of computer science. This session covers Core Computer Science concepts of variables, conditionals, loops, and functions. This session is designed for intermediate to advanced coding abilities. Participants will need to create an account at https://repl.it/ or have Python 3.7 or later installed on their computer. An email with the Zoom link will be sent to all registrants the day before the session from gwclpl@gmail.com.
